    Started couch 2 5k yesterday, absolutely hate running but need to try and at least maintain fitness levels. Also doing Joe Wicks PE lessons. Have tried practicing kicks with the kick shield but the dog thinks I’m attacking Kayleigh and keeps blocking me. Should have borrowed a skipping rope when I had the chance. Will have to order one online.

      Hi Jackie,, Good for you trying running,,, I’m not the best but used to run with Karen K a lot which helped if your running with someone. you need a target like a 5/10K race or an adventure mud run,,,,,,,we’ll Speak with other club members on what we can set our targets on when the isolation Restrictions are over. Keep us updated on the progress of your running.

    2nd c25k completed on Wednesday. Will do next one today (Saturday) then onto week 2 next week. Have also been practicing kicks (at Joe wicks head when he is wittering on!) 🀣.

    First week of c25k done! Also doing Abi’s ab challenge and have done some ground fighting and sparring with Kayleigh.

    Week 4 of couch to 5k has begun, still not loving it but persevering! Also now on day 18 of the 30 day ab challenge so 80 sit ups, 110 crunches, 48 leg raises and 70 second plank!
