    Today i did two thirty minute sparing sessions with dad, practised my kicks because im not great at them, did my Basic blocking kata and practiced My yellow belt kata.

    Today was tiring but fun

    Well done Haiden,,, two X 30 Minutes is really tough,,, keep practicing. If you film your katas and post on WhatsApp we can give you feedback. Keep us updated.

    More training this Evening
    Yellow belt Kata practice, break falls and forward rolls
    I’m Getting better at them but i still cant do them 100% properly. πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ˜”

    Also practiced some moves using The Sai, id like to learn the Kata but it looks Complicated so I’m learning the moves a Few at a time with mums help πŸ₯‹

    I did 20 min on the trampoline this morning and Went for a run with Dad tonight
    We did 1k and Then sprints which i hate 😫
    Going to try and do exercise Everyday if i can πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ

    I’m not the best runner/jogger,, but only do it to enhanced my fitness when i compete,, The lonely miles on the road are worth when you pick up that next medal or the next grading. Keep it up Haiden, πŸ™‚

      My dad loves running!
      I dont i find it boring but he said its good for stamina

    I worked On my syllabus today, I did each technique 10 times and then did my Katas with extra practice for my yellow belt kata.
    20 mins sparring Too.

    Sunday
    I practiced kicks and punches and 10 mins of sparring.
    Then i went on The trampoline for 20 with my ankle weights.
    practiced my Syllabus on frank ( My grappling dummy)
    The Most Epic part of today was going in mums new hot tub 😁

    I cant wait to be back at Jujitsu!!
    I miss training and everyone 😫

    Monday
    I did jogging with dad
    Then we did some curcuits at home with skipping, weights, punchbag, sit up & star jumps.
    It was really hard work!!

    this week i have been doing the joe wicks work out in the morning,
    Practicing basic blocking and yellow belt Katas, breakfalls and rolls

    This weekend im going To work on weapons kata for the Tongs and purple belt kata

      I’ve not watched Joe Wicks but hear he’s quite good, so keep it up…
      I guess the tongs you mean “Sai” make sure you practice a few free style tricks with spinning the Sai to improve your kata style. I was practicing the Sai this week and I find it a little difficult as I don’t use them often enough, so if it’s your weapon of choice make sure you practice as often as you can. Keep it up Haiden. πŸ™‚

    I’ve been doing the Joe Wicks workout everyday which i quite enjoy.
    And circuits every other day with my dad.
    I’ve Practiced breakfalls and my syllabus too.
