    This is my first ever blog.

    We are training at home because of the Corona Virus.

    I have been doing Joe Wicks every day and also I have been doing cycling 4 times a week and I am doing it because it improves your leg strength and I’ve been doing tyre flipping every day (the tyre weighs 5 stone 12 or 36.2kg ) Also I have been doing pull-ups, press-ups, sit-ups and also planks every day.

    I will be working on my black stripe and yellow belt syllabus and my planks.

    It feels weird working at home because I can’t get graded, I don’t have enough room and also I am not with my friend’s.

    I will try to complete my training blog weekly.

    Hi Adam,,,
    Wow,, you have been keeping busy, I saw your tyre flipping and that’s amazing effort been 36kg,,, Remember a rest day or a little gentle day is also good.
    It’s not a good time not been able to train with other kids and I miss the laughter at the club with everyone. Hopefully it we will get back to normal soon.
    Keep writing your blog it’s really good reading how busy you’ve been.

    This week I have been doing a lot of general training. I have done the Joe Wicks workout every day. I have also been doing lots of swimming and running in our pool, which has been up in the garden. One day I ran 50 circles in waist height water and I swam 30 laps. I have also been doing lots of running and I did a work out with dad yesterday. I have also been doing lots and lots of cycling, with my best being 11 laps of Haskells Rec. I have been doing Ring Fit Adventure, which is a game on the switch where you have to jog and do exercises like planks and squats to kill the monsters in the game. I have been working on my balance by going on my hoverboard around the house and up and down the street (using social distancing). I have been practicing my break falls and kata too.

    Wow Adam,,, You have been busy,,, Keep it up but remember a rest day is just as important or may be reading day, school homework or maybe reading something like Refueling the body, hydrating, carbohydrates & protein to help maintain healthy body when working out.
